MIM Rosé Wine
Merlot and Pinot Noir from the l'Olivera vineyard, a clayey limestone soil that gives us a low production, with which we obtain fruity and refreshing aromas. Maceration at 10º C for 24 hours and fermentation at low temperatures.
MIM White Wine
Young wine made from Macabeo, from the La Torre vineyard; Viognier from the Mayol D'Avinyó vineyard; Xarel-lo, from the old vines. A dry wine with notes of tropical fruit. Fermented at low temperatures to obtain all the possible aromas of the fruit.
MIM Red Wine
As this is a young wine, all the grapes come from the young Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo vineyards on the property. Fermentation at 19ºC to achieve a good extraction of fruit and without excess tannin.
